49	Aztec Family Center Concept The Aztec Family Center Complex, a ten-year phased community development project, involves a space/cost sharing partnership between the City of Aztec, Aztec Boys & Girls Club, San Juan College East, and the Aztec School District. The concept was to combine community use space into one facility that would provide for after school programs, educational services, library services; and fitness and recreation opportunities, all in one location.

78	Library Cornerstone/Time Capsule A time capsule, donated by Steve Rabourn and Eagle Welding, will be placed and sealed behind the Cornerstone which was donated by the local Masonic Lodge. This Power Point presentation will go in the time capsule. Heart of the Community book will go in time capsule. The time capsule will be officially filed with the Smithsonian Institute to be opened in 50 years.
